How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your appointment at least 4 weeks in advance, as our stylists’ schedules fill up quickly—especially for color, extensions, and weekend appointments. Availability does vary by stylist and service, so feel free to give us a call if you’re hoping to get in sooner. You may also be able to grab a spot if a cancellation opens up.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we happily welcome walk-ins! Simply check in with our receptionist, and she’ll help match you with the stylist best suited to your needs and availability. Please note that clients with scheduled appointments are prioritized, and same-day availability is not guaranteed—it depends on each stylist’s schedule at that time.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy

We kindly recommend booking your appointment 2–4 weeks in advance, as our stylists’ schedules fill quickly, especially for color, extensions, and weekend services. A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment, and you will receive text or email confirmations—please confirm to help us prepare for your visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 24–48 hours’ notice; late cancellations may incur a 50% fee, and no-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to adjust their service or reschedule to keep our day running smoothly. For safety and comfort, only clients receiving services are allowed in the styling area unless otherwise approved. If you need an adjustment, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right. We accept all major credit cards and cash, and gratuity is appreciated but never expected.
